Before You Commission
• You must be of legal age to commission me. By commissioning me you are agreeing that you are eighteen (18) years or older.
• I will not tolerate rude or unprofessional behavior. Inappropriate behavior may result in the commission being cancelled.
• I have the right to refuse any commission request. Reasons may be given if requested.
• Prices listed on site are for labor cost ONLY. Rights for commercial use will cost extra and can be discussed with the artist.
• This artist does not approve of AI or NFTs. Please refrain from running my art through any AI programs, or for use in NFT projects.
• By commissioning me, you have agreed to these terms of service. Anyone found breaking terms of service will be blacklisted.

Payment and Refunds
• I accept payment through PayPal only.• Payment is in USD ONLY. Currency conversion is fine. No cryptocurrency.• Payment holds are allowed. If payment cannot be made in full immediately, then plans or holds are allowed to be requested. The commission will be started once payment has been made in full.• Long Term payment plans are available for commissions over $300. If you are interested in discussing payment plans, please state so in your initial commission request. The commission will not be started until full payment is received.• Refunds can be requested or given at any time during the commission process. If the commission has not been started, then the commissioner is entitled to a full refund with no questions asked. Otherwise, refund amount depends on how much of the commission was completed. This varies depending on the quality of the piece. No refunds available once the piece is completed.

Customer Responsibility and Rights
• It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate any issues had with the commission they are receiving. I am not a mind reader, but I am always open to constructive criticism! Please speak freely.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate if the commission is to be kept a secret until posting. If your commission is a surprise gift or you would like to keep it private, just let me know!
• The customer has the right to post their commission wherever they please. If the commission contains your character, then you are free to post it or use it as an icon if you so wish! My only request is that you link back to me when posting.
• This artist also has the right to post the commission. I have a right to display the art I created in any of my online galleries. If you want the commission to be completely private, then please discuss this beforehand.
• The customer is not permitted to alter their commission, or have another party alter the commission for them, without my explicit permission. If you want an edit feel free to ask! If I cannot make the edit you desire and you or another party can, then request my permission to alter artwork done by me first. Removal of my signature is never permitted.
• The customer does not have the right to make profit from or resell the commission. To balance this, I will also not sell prints or merchandise based on the commission.

Additional Fees
• Edits MAY result in a fee. Each commission comes with two free edits during the rough sketch phase. Additional edits after two will be +5% of base price each. Edits to lineart or refined sketch after rough sketch was approved will be +10% of base price.
• Rush Commissions will result in a +50% fee. Rush commissions are classified as commissions that have a due date within a week of payment.

What are your prices?
Prices vary depending on multiple factors. A listed price will be giving depending on the type of work I'm offering when openings occur so make sure to take a look at the post!What currency are your listed prices in?
Prices are listed in USD.What is your average wait time for commission completion?
This varies from case to case. My goal is to have orders done within two weeks.I don't get paid until [later date], can you hold a commission slot?
I can! Be sure to bring this up with me ahead of time.Do you accept commissions featuring one of your personal characters?
This is case by case. SFW commissions can be either solo or featuring one of your own OCs interacting with mine. NSFW with a commissioner's OC is unlikely, though solo/pin-ups and canon relationships are always available.Why haven't you responded to my message?
There could be a few reasons for this! The most common ones would be that I am busy drawing, currently away from my phone and pc, or that there was no question presented in your initial message(s). I tend not to respond to small talk DMs very often, so if you have a question be sure to state it in your first messages!
